Pay Code

The Pay Code Maintenance under the Attendance Maintenance section allows you to review the Pay Code configuration to link the Attendance Plans.
Note: To enable access to the Pay Code Maintenance under the Attendance Maintenances section, set the 'Securable Attendance - Task - Pay Code Maintenance' to Full Access in the Group Security Maintenance.

  1. Attendance Tab
    Under the Attendance tab, you can add each Attendance Plan that this code may take time against. During the entry of time, if an Employee is enrolled in one of the listed plans, the system will check and validate the hours being taken and notify the User if this exceeds the available hours.
    Note: It is important to ensure that Employees are not enrolled in two Attendance Plans that are assigned to the same Pay Code.

    1. Add Plan
      From the Attendance tab, click the 'Add Plan' button and select the Attendance Plan from the Lookup tool.

    2. Remove Plan
      From the Attendance tab, click to highlight the Attendance Plan you would like to remove and select the 'Remove Plan(s)' button.

  2. Save
    Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on 'Save'.
